Dining with a difference - highlights from our dysphagia pop-up cafe
October 23, 2017
Dysphagiais a scary word for many. It often leads to isolation, grief, and despair.
But it doesn't have to be. Last Sunday, people with dysphagia sat together with their families and friends for a meal that they'd never forget. Together, we showed everyone that food can still be fun, and life can still be meaningful, even with dysphagia.
On 30 October, we were invited by Tan Tock Seng Hospital to hold a food styling workshop for caregivers. It was a fun-filled day and participants got to try their hand at styling our Delisoft Easy Meals.
