75ml hot water
A dash of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon butter.
- Mix bread porridge powder and hot water until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Beat the egg and mix it into the bread porridge.
- Add salt and pepper into the mixture.
- Pan fry the mixture with butter.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and herbs. Alternatively, serve with honey/maple syrup.
