High protein omelette

Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients

25g Bread porridge powder

1 Egg

75ml hot water

A dash of salt and pepper

1 teaspoon butter.

Method

  1. Mix bread porridge powder and hot water until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg and mix it into the bread porridge.
  3. Add salt and pepper into the mixture.
  4. Pan fry the mixture with butter.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup and herbs. Alternatively, serve with honey/maple syrup.
