2-layered mousse cake

Makes 2 servings.


Protein mousse powder (vanilla): 20g (half packet)

Milk: 35 ml

Protein mousse powder (strawberry): 20g (half packet)

Milk: 35 ml


  1. Place cling wrap onto a small baking tray/loaf pan.
  2. For the vanilla layer, add milk to the protein mousse powder (vanilla) and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan/baking tray.
  4. For the strawberry layer, add milk to the protein mousse powder (strawberry) and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture on top of the vanilla layer. 
  6. Cover the loaf pan/baking tray with cling wrap and let it cool in the fridge.
  7. Once the mixture has solidified, cut in 2 slices and serve. Garnish with pureed fruit on the top!
