2-layered mousse cake

Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
Protein mousse powder (vanilla): 20g (half packet)
Milk: 35 ml
Protein mousse powder (strawberry): 20g (half packet)
Milk: 35 ml
Method
- Place cling wrap onto a small baking tray/loaf pan.
- For the vanilla layer, add milk to the protein mousse powder (vanilla) and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan/baking tray.
- For the strawberry layer, add milk to the protein mousse powder (strawberry) and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture on top of the vanilla layer.
- Cover the loaf pan/baking tray with cling wrap and let it cool in the fridge.
- Once the mixture has solidified, cut in 2 slices and serve. Garnish with pureed fruit on the top!
