If the products you received were different from your order, or in the case of defective or damaged goods, we will provide a credit refund.
Otherwise, due to the perishable nature of our products, we will not be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.
How to report a defective item

We will need to see a picture of the item in its original packaging and your receipt to process the refund.
Once everything is in order, we will notify you.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
