Description

This fiery Sichuan dish has been given a makeover. Our version is less oily, less spicy, and has just a touch of black vinegar and chilli peppers to whet your appetite. Paired with good ól fish, you'll be getting a healthy dose of Omega acids, DHA, and EPA. 

Heating instructions: 

Heat from frozen

  • Microwave: Peel film/lid slightly and microwave on HIGH (800W) for 3 mins; OR 
  • Steam: Do not peel film/lid. Pre-heat steamer. Steam for 35 mins. 

Storage instructions:

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
