Ikan Goreng Berempah



We make sure our fish is well coated and seasoned before throwing a generous helping of curry leaves into the pan when frying to lock in the moisture and flavours. This dish is best served with some steamed white rice and traditional sambal sauce

Heating instructions: 

Heat from frozen

  • Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic container/lid, place ONLY FOIL TRAY to bake for 35min. *All appliances vary. OR 
  • Steam: Do not peel film/lid. Pre-heat steamer. Steam for 35 mins.

Storage instructions:

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
