Delisoft FAQ

Are your products gluten-free?

We do not use any wheat, rye, or barley in our production process. However, our factory is not certified as gluten-free so some marinades and sauces may contain trace amounts of wheat.

What is the shelf-life ?

The total shelf-life of our food is 180 days from the day of manufacture. We guarantee a minimum shelf-life of 2 weeks from the day of delivery.

Why do we sell frozen meals instead of hot food?

1. Freshness

Contrary to popular belief, frozen food is superior in terms of freshness. Food that has been freshly cooked but not consumed will degrade quickly. The colour starts to change, moisture seeps out, and nutrients are lost. However, if the food is frozen quickly after cooking, the freshness and quality of the food is locked in.
